Video #2 ReflectionI really struggled with memorizing my lines in this video, how ever I pushed through this well with practice. In the future I would like to keep my speech flowing instead of blocky as it is now.
Moving forward, what are you excited about? What new language do you have that is helpful for communication in Spanish? How can you challenge yourself to speak with people outside of HTHNC in an authentic way? Who would you like to collaborate with on the next video in two weeks? Why?What are some topics you would like to be able discuss? Please give specific, positive commentary on your partner’s portion of the conversation, Please give a shout out to your partner. |

Video #1 ReflectionWhat are you already good at? So far I believe I have shown a great amount of enthusiasm for this class. In addition to my previous statement I projected my voice well in the video.
What would you say is the most challenging part of speaking/developing in Spanish? Well, my biggest struggle up to this point is my confidence. Since starting the class I have wanted to apologize for my pronunciations of certain words. Though I know most of us are in a place where we still learning I am still self conscious about speaking in front of others. How do you imagine practicing Spanish outside the classroom to increase to increase you vocabulary and comfortability? I would like to begin speaking Spanish with some of my friends who know fluent Spanish because I know they will not be judgmental. I'm just gonna give a little shout out for my partner in this video, Kelly Witt! She was great to work with so I just wanted to give a big thank you to her!! |
